This policy explains what data EvoShaipe collects, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

Account data (email, name), profile data (language, timezone, units, date of birth), training preferences and history, body measurements you record, and health limitations you choose to declare. Health-related fields are optional and used only to adapt your program.

2. Why we process it

To provide personalized training and tracking, process subscriptions (Stripe), send transactional emails, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

3. Your rights

You can access, export (JSON download in settings), rectify and delete your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently erases your personal data. To exercise other rights, contact support@evoshaipe.com.

4. Processors

We use vetted processors: payment (Stripe), hosting and storage infrastructure, and email delivery. AI coaching features use Anthropic's API; conversations are not used to train models.

5. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within the technical rotation window.
